These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Dream Trade’s learning platform available at learn.thedreamtrade.in . The platform is exclusively accessible to clients subscribed to Dream Trade’s paid advisory services. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm acceptance of these Terms.
User Access
- Access is strictly limited to active Dream Trade advisory clients.
- Each client is issued a unique username and password for login.
- Login credentials are private and must not be shared. Any unauthorized sharing may result in permanent account suspension.
Use of Content
- All videos, PDFs, charts, study resources, and eBooks are provided solely for educational purposes.
- Copying, reproducing, redistributing, or sharing any content without authorization is strictly prohibited.
- Downloadable materials may contain watermarks and usage tracking to detect unauthorized distribution.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, including graphics, branding, and study materials, remains the intellectual property of Dream Trade or its licensed partners.
Any attempt to copy, reproduce, or circulate platform content may result in appropriate legal action.
Platform Conduct
- Users must not upload or transmit unlawful, offensive, or infringing material.
- Activities including academic misconduct, data scraping, system manipulation, or misuse are strictly prohibited.
Termination of Access
- Subscription expiry or non-renewal
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Detection of security risks, fraud, or misuse
- At the sole discretion of Dream Trade
Limitation of Liability
- Investment losses arising from interpretation or reliance on educational content
- Service interruptions due to maintenance or third-party failures
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Availability & Downtime
Temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
Where feasible, prior notification will be provided via email or SMS.
Updates to Terms
Dream Trade reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
