Refund Policy – Learn Dream Trade

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing payments and refunds for the services and educational platform operated by Learn Dream Trade at learn.thedreamtrade.in .

No Refund on Course Enrollment

  • All fees paid for access to the platform are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Once login credentials or access permissions are issued, refund requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

No Refund on Platform Access

Access to the educational platform is provided as a complimentary component of the education services and is not charged separately.

Accordingly, no full or partial refund will be issued for platform access or usage.

Exceptions (If Applicable)

  • Refunds will be considered only in cases of duplicate payments.
  • Requests must be submitted within 5 days from the date of payment.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used.

To initiate a refund request, please email help@learn.thedreamtrade.in with complete payment details and the reason for the request.

Our support team will review the request and respond within 5 business days.

Dream Trade Discretion

All refund-related decisions are made solely at our discretion and shall be final and binding.

Initiating chargebacks or disputes without following the prescribed refund process may result in permanent suspension or termination of the user account.
